- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.

- Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong size, defect, or wrong product), MUQEEZA will cover all delivery charges.
- If the issue is from the customer’s side (wrong size ordered by mistake, change of mind), the customer will bear the delivery charges.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
